Called Ethan when my daughters iPhone was experiencing ghost touch. He told me he could fix it in 20 minutes & quoted me a price. He wasn’t the closest but something in the way he spoke convinced me that he was capable, honest & could take care of the issue at hand. Found parking on Van Nuys Boulevard (metered) & met Ethan at his store where he diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 10 minutes. Super impressed by him as I learned even more about him during our 10 minute chat. He was also very reasonable. I’ve already sent 2 friends by him since yesterday & plan on sending more.
